Schooners
Beachfront, east end
A beach bar and restaurant that calls itself the last local beach club. It has been Schooners since 1985, and a cannon fires at every sunset.
Good for: Sunset, live music, feet in the sand
For sunset, go to Schooners for the cannon. For seafood, go to the Grand Lagoon (Capt. Anderson's or The Grand Marlin). For a deck over the sand, Pineapple Willy's. For breakfast on the west end, Thomas' Donut & Snack Shop.
Places that have been part of a PCB trip for years. Nobody paid to be on this list. Hours change by season, so check before you go.
