Accessibility statement

Short answer

Happy Days PCB aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every page was tested before launch.

What we did

  • A skip link, clear page landmarks and one main heading per page, in a logical order.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. The menu closes with Escape.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG AA color contrast, and tap targets are at least 44 pixels.
  • Pages reflow at phone width and 400% zoom without sideways scrolling.
  • Illustrations have text descriptions, or are hidden from screen readers when they're decoration. Flag colors are always named in text, not shown by color alone.
  • Animation is minimal and turns off when your device asks for reduced motion. High-contrast modes are supported.

How we tested

Every page was checked with the axe-core accessibility engine against WCAG 2.2 AA at desktop and phone widths, and reviewed by keyboard. A manual screen-reader review is planned.
